I am running for Pleasant Grove City Council to bring new experience and a fresh perspective to the table. My goal is to make sure the City services are secure financially so our residents and businesses can count on them today, tomorrow and in the future. We are at a crossroads for our City and I believe we must:
1. Develop budgets that are balanced, fiscally conservative and transparent.
2. Take care of our most important asset -- our City employees.
3. Strengthen our existing businesses. Small businesses are the heart of our city and we need to help them maximize their potential.
4. Attract new businesses that will bring good jobs and revenue to our community that will create the long-term source of revenues needed to offset the increasing cost and demands for service(s).
Public service is a great privilege and I would be honored to have your vote so that we may work together to strengthen the safety and livability of Pleasant Grove.
I come from a small business background, where as a Partner and VP of Network Development I was able to grow our company to a multi-million dollar business. I was able to travel the country and world meeting with various businesses helping them exceed their demands and growth. I have the experience to help Pleasant Grove through its growth and the ability to work with small and large businesses. We need someone who knows what businesses are going through and looking for, I feel I have that experience to carry Pleasant Grove into its future and help bring a bright future of business growth to our community.
